In the past decade, firms have been praised for ideas. Experts have celebrated the power of brainstorming and idea-generation techniques. Eureka light bulbs have populated the covers of many books.

What the world needs is ideas in action. What are the qualities, traits, behaviours of visionary leaders? How do we cultivate these much needed leaders who are able to take these ideas generated in the divergent thinking stage and converge them into a vision and that can inspire their people to move forward and take action. Then only can we see the full spectrum of creativity working. Do you know someone who is a visionary leader? What makes them so?
